Staying at the hotel was NICE, I would stay here again. The beds were comfy, room was well-appointed and new-fashioned. It had things I needed, including an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

We where there for 3 days, everything was nice, greatly enjoyed its marvellous location close to the all sightseeing spots, Verona, and the city center.

Amazing placement, and we were lucky to be alone in the apartment during our stay, so we never crossed anyone in the common area/living room. the access to the apartment is well explained and easily executed, the room was very clean and moderately spacious. the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

The whole apartment was grotty and completely run down. the towels and bedlinen stank and felt very unclean.

The rooms here are spacious and stunning with lovely bathrooms.
